Add user specific data in system metric

I want to add the userid, usercity label and value to the cpu usage disk usage related metric
Currently there is no way to add more labels to system metric they have container name and other default labels and values.

Kindly help I can provide more information

I need something like this as output

Container_cpu_usage{job=abcd,userid=rock, usercity=newyork}

This should be output of emitted metric
