Here are the two URLs to allow you to compare the commit list: MarlinFirmware/Marlin@2.1.x...Marlin-DE200:Marlin-DiscoEasy200:DE200-2.1.x https://github.com/Marlin-DE200/Marlin-DiscoEasy200/commits/DE200-2.1.x/ |

Note: I now wish to rename the new organisation, but I am holding off in order not to complicate the diagnosis of this bug. Please let me know when diagnosis is complete so that I can make this rename. |

I forked MarlinFirmware/Marlin to my personal account Sophist-UK/Marlin-DiscoEasy200 to produce a repo that is NOT intended to submit PRs upstream. I pushed various commits to this fork.
I needed a second fork to use for submitting PRs upstream, so I created an org and transferred the repo in step 1 to that org as Marlin-DE200/MarlinDiscoEasy200. (I created the second fork in my own account Sophist-UK/Marlin, but that is probably not relevant.)
I pushed additional commits to the original fork after I transferred it.
Now when I do a compare of branches Marlin-DE200/[email protected] -> MarlinFirmware/[email protected] the commits after the transfer are not included in the comparison commit list (though think the later changes are shown in the files).
