My org has been using larger runners for the last 5 months or so without much issue. Starting last Friday, jobs queued for our larger runners get stuck "Waiting for a runner to pick up this job..." for a seemingly random amount of time, from 5 minutes to 17 hours. It's been going on inconsistently. Eventually, jobs run, and sometimes they get stuck forever. re-creating the runners with the exact same settings picks up all the pending jobs, but they eventually start getting stuck again.
There are no settings on our end we could have changed to affect this behavior. There is plenty of overhead in our spending limit, and I don't see any status issues or other people discussing the problem online. Does anyone have any ideas or experience similar issues?
