Add UI indicator for multiple re-runs in workflow overview

We are auditing some unexpected side effects of a workflow and couldn't locate the workflow run that triggered them.

I was surprised to find out that even if the main Actions tab shows when the run was created, this time delta is only reflecting the first run. The subsequent re-runs do not appear in this main view at all. I wish there was some kind of visual cue to indicate that the same job has run several times.
