Projects' API is not updated

Hello,
I have a script to check through the API when there is a new tag available.
I found that https://api.github.com/repos/lsh123/xmlsec/tags doesn't contain all the information regarding https://github.com/lsh123/xmlsec/tags.
I reported it to the project lsh123/xmlsec#783 but they said it's a github issue.
Anyone knows what's going on here ?
