Could you check if your GitHub does not say that you have used up your included services (free version)?

I think I saw a message saying that all of the free version's space was used.
So I tried deleting all logs and artifacts.

You can check this topic on how to remove uploaded artifacts -> actions/upload-artifact#5 | You will have to wait at least 24 hours after removing (deleting) in order for the system to actually see the decrease.
