feed activity reports are false

The top of my feed says that gopherbot labeled golang/go#51676 "help wanted" 16 hours ago. But it did not. If you go to the issue, the help wanted label was added long long ago by ianlancetaylor. What gopherbot did 16 hours ago was lock the issue because it was so old.
Obviously, if the feed wants to show me recent issue activity, it should be accurate activity.
