In 2 sections: C: acceptable use and D user generated content --
In section d(5) it is not clearly stated in the adopting a license link whether the license I will adopt based on 'the link's explanation' will be subject to accepted use policies too when it has its own license. So if user creates derivatives elsewhere what will be the license and terms of use? It doesn't even state whether I can take code to outside of GitHub or not!
so the question is the 2 questions: can users take code elsewhere outside of GitHub when I 'adopt a license' like in section in link? and 2nd, will they be bound to other than license specified (like acceptable use policies) when they make their own derivatives
Example use case: I want to build an LLM with 'unlicense' license
