Github app with Package permissions does not have the option to subscribe to package events only to deprecated registry_package

Hello github community!
I have given my app read and write permissions to Packages as shown here

but despite this, in the section Subscribe to Events i can only see the Repository Package event and not the Package event. Screenshot:

I have validated that I can only receive events for the deprecated registry_packages webhook instead of the newer packages one as mentioned in the docs.
Is there any other setting I may be missing? Or Maybe the packages event subscription is named something else?
