Hello! I'm not sure if its the best place to put this, but I think it does pertain somewhat to code security in that it helps contributors protect their own information.
As someone with many email addresses attached to my GitHub account, some personal/private, and some publicly available, I would like to have more granular control over which ones will be automatically rejected if I accidentally author a commit with that email and push it to my account.
Is this something that's already been suggested?
