Hi, reviewers for pull requests in our repo can be auto-assigned. When this happens, I see text like
pr-author requested review from pr-reviewer (assigned from org/repo)
on the pull request web UI. I would like to be able to know whether a reviewer came from auto-assignment by algorithm (the example I provided) or by the PR author explicitly requesting a reviewer using the GraphQL API. Is this possible?Querying pull request
timelineItems
andReviewRequestedEvent
, I can see when a requested reviewer was a team but cannot see a way to know whether the team performed the assigmnent or not (theactor
is alwaysUser
even when I can see in the pull request web UI that they were assigned). I've also queriedAssignedEvent
but that seems to be just for if a user self-assigns themselves to a pull request. Here's an example of what I'm talking about that illustrates my above example (requested reviewer in second node was actually auto-assigned):
Thanks for any help!
