Unable to create ruleset with type:pull_request rule using REST API

Hi,

I am trying to create a ruleset that incorporates a pull_request type rule. However adding the pull_request type rule fails. Can someone please help with what I'm doing wrong with the pull_request type rule.

The request format is as follows:

Fails with a HTTP errorCode 422 on rule/0

When I remove the type:pull_request rule the ruleset creation works.
