Issue about getting a summary of Copilot usage via /orgs/{org}/copilot/usage

Hi guys, I found this issue when I made a request via /orgs/{org}/copilot/usage to get the response.

'breakdown' was empty as the above image shows. This situation happened occasionally.

Also, the value of 'total_suggestions_count' was zero sometimes and it actually shouldn't be that value instead.

Is there anyone can tell me how would this situation happen and how to solve this problem? Thanks in advance 👍
