GraphQL query to get for GH issues that have been updated since a specific day the GH Project status (customised field)

I am struggling with creating a GraphQL query, hope that you can help me with the following challenge.

We are using GH projects and I want to get for GH issues that have been updated since a specific day the status (customised field) information for all GH Projects the issue has been assigned to.
I have a query where I can retrieve the status information using the GH projects path.

But this can result in catching the information for quite a lot of issues, that have not been updated since the specific day.

So I am looking for a faster and more efficient way to retrieve the status information.

I get the a list of issues with the update criteria above.
Now I want to retrieve for all the issues the status information. I tried a couple of variations but I do not get the query successful defined.

Any ideas?
