Want to pause the workflow after job1, come out of the runner, and resume the same workflow after a certain time for job2

I have a workflow with two jobs (job1 and job2)

Job1 is to send the request to generate the report (completes in a second)

Job2 is to get the generated report (need to wait because report generation might take time)

I don't want to wait in the runner because it might trouble other workflows standing in the queue.

After job1 execution I would set a 'x' time and want to release the runner, so other workflows can use it. After 'x' time I want to resume the same workflow and proceed with job2. By that time, the report generation would be ready, I can retrieve the report and can end the workflow.

I need help in implementing this scenario in GitHub Actions
