We have several teams and they all have their own people who handle workflows. They need to ability to manage variables/secrets without giving them full Admin rights to the repository.

The list of repository level permissions does not include a permission for variables/secrets management, at least that I could find.

I worked around this by creating a role at the Organization level with "Manage organization Action secrets" and "Manage organization Action variables" permissions. This works, however as we onboard more teams the list will get rather large.

Or maybe their is another method? If so I'd love to hear it!
