"Setting up your codespace" Error

Whenever I try to open my codespace in my github repo, it keeps showing "setting up your codespace".

How do I fix this?

Troubleshoting thread - read about maybe you'll find something interesting.

1. Clear Browser Cache: Cached data can sometimes cause issues. Clear your browser cache and try again.

For Chrome: Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.
For Firefox: Go to Options > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data > Clear Data.
Try a Different Browser: If you're using Chrome, try Firefox, Edge, or another browser to see if the issue persists.

2. Check GitHub Status: Visit GitHub Status to check if there are any ongoing issues with GitHub services, particularly Codespaces.

3. Disable Extensions: Browser extensions can sometimes interfere with websites. Try disabling your extensions to see if that resolves the issue.

4. Check Network Connection: Ensure your internet connection is stable. A weak or intermittent connection can cause issues.

5. Restart Codespace:

• Go to your GitHub repository.
• Click on the Codespaces tab.
• Find the problematic Codespace and click on the three dots (...).
• Select Stop codespace and then Start codespace again.

6.Recreate Codespace:

• If restarting doesn’t work, try creating a new Codespace.
• Go to your GitHub repository.
• Click on the Codespaces tab.
• Click New codespace and follow the prompts.

7. Incognito Mode: Open your browser in Incognito/Private mode. This disables extensions and uses a clean session.
