Phantom job appears in the "Job" pane

Hello,

I've noticed that in our project a "phantom" job will appear in the Job pane whenever certain action is run.

Clicking on the View more details on GitHub Actions will just re-open the same window essentially, not providing any additional information.

The static-analysis job is supposed to execute 3 separate jobs:

• clippy
• format check
• check-license

However, a duplicate of clippy job will appear in the UI, seemingly doing nothing but running for a long time until it just disappears.

It doesn't cause concrete problems with running the action, but it seems weird when I observe that some job I triggered yesterday is "still running today".

Seemingly this has been happening due to an outdated library.

PR that fixes the issue by removing it's usage: AstarNetwork/Astar#1284
