Which file does a merge queue run use when the merge queue file itself is changed in the target, but not on the working branch?

e.g.

• A change to merge_queue.yml is made and merged successfully to main
• I have working branch that was branched off main before the above change was in
• I then add my working branch to the merge queue.

Which merge_queue.yml is it using? The one from main since merging my working branch into main would get the merge_queue.yml from main. Or is it using the one on my working branch?

The config will be based on the merge_queue.yml file in your main branch.

Because it always use the target branch? or because it will use the merged version?
