💛 for the developer who starred that awesome repository

In my Github feed, I often want to acknowledge a developer who has starred a valuable repository.

I can star the repository they shared but I can't give them props for taking the time to star it and encourage them to keep starring. Along a simple heart click, I might also want to write a brief message thanking them because I either used and/or learned a lot from the repo!
