Remove "Deploying to <environment>" text GitHub Actions

I'm using the environment feature of GitHub Actions only for handling .env files in different environments and I'm not deploying. I'd like to remove the "Deploying to production" text as it's misleading. Is there a way to remove the progress bar and the text from the workflow UI?

GitHub Actions does not offer direct customization of the workflow UI, including the removal of progress bars or specific text. To avoid misleading information, modify your workflow's log messages to accurately describe the actions being performed. Check the latest GitHub Actions documentation for any updates on UI customization.

Is your problem similar to this? People are waiting for decoupling deployments from environments for ages now. I kind of stopped believing it will happen at all.
