Why we cannot give some pgp revocation certificates into github?

I don't want to leave some "securely exchanged old revoked keys" which could be labeled verified on github in the future.

hmmm...
I've tried to replace public key with revocation signed public key on github.
However, github print this message We got an error doing that. when I give revocation certificate on github.
