How can I request the whole team in code review auto-assignement

Documentation is specifying that

Code review assignments allow you to decide whether the whole team or just a subset of team members are notified when a team is requested for review.

However it seems that you can only select maximum 3 reviewers. How can I specify that I want all team members to be automatically requested for a review as documentation is saying?

the documentation mention it already

first, you must be either a maintainer or Org owner

second, it's only available in all public repos owned by an Org using free accounts, which upon checking of your profile, I cannot see any public Org at your profile

unless you have a private repos with the subscription

I am trying to use this feature on a github enterprise edition.
If you look at the documentation I linked, the screenshot displays the issue, you can see that 3 is the maximum amount of members available for selection. Unless there is something I missed?
