The idea would be to give the ability to add a pre-push Github hook able to reject a remote Git tree update from a local Git push.

• Actions: pre_push event
• Hooks: pre_push event

This would allow tools, like GitGuardian or Snyk for example, to add features able to reject remote tree updates from local branches containing commits that are detected as potentially dangerous because they include sensitive data, keys, vulnerabilities, etc.
