How to get the token to call the RSET API of GitHub to get the the data of users and Groups in SCIM Format?

We have an requirement to get the users and groups info in SCIM format by using the API. so that we can integrate that information in our in house product. so are looking the best way to authenticate the user so that we can call the SCIM API to get the required information.
