Github's API is quite different. An API that gets a repository allows you to get it with a combination of owner + name, not the id of the repository.
I think Github's API should support both methods (id, owner + name). Because owner + name can change at any time. I need to save information about repo, user, and pull request in my DB, but I don't want to put data that can be changed at any time in my DB.
Am I the only one who thinks like this?
