Deleting Dependency Submissions

Is there any way to delete dependency submissions? We were experimenting with a third-party action for doing dependency submissions but decided not to use it at this time.

I can't find any way in the UI or APIs to delete those submissions and revert back to the previous state.

It depends on the specific system you are using for dependency submissions. Some systems may have a feature or option to delete or remove submissions, while others may not. If you can't find a way to delete the submissions in the user interface or through the available APIs, you may need to contact the support team for the system you are using. Not sure what you are using maybe give more details. Ty

As far as I know, you should confirm. GitHub does not have a built-in feature to delete dependency submissions via the Dependency Submission API.

However, if you are using a third-party action, it may have its own functionality to delete or undo dependency submissions.

You will need to reach out to the third party action and see if it’s possible.
