We have had an organization app push file changes through the
gh api --method PUT /repos/:owner/:repo/contents/{somefile}
cli in a github workflow. We have generic branch restrictions, but the app has been set underAllow specified actors to bypass required pull requests
so branch restriction like 'Require review from Code Owners ' and 'Require approval of the most recent reviewable push ' should not apply. However, whenever we run it after Feb 24th (it didnt run between 10th and 24th) we get the following error"gh: Could not update file: New changes require approval from someone other than the last pusher. (HTTP 409)"
Did something change?
Is this somehow related to the new app permission for "single-file" which i noticed recently?
