Has anyone been able to Subscribe using WebSub's?

I am trying to replicate the example that is in https://docs.github.com/en/rest/webhooks?apiVersion=2022-11-28#subscribing but I get the following error:

I am very new to webhooks/websub's so not sure what I am doing wrong. I verified that my API can handle POST requests

I got it to work. I wasn't POSTing 😅

Also for anyone wondering in the future looking at this, I was trying to Subscribe to a repo that isn't mine:
GitHub can also serve as a [PubSubHubbub](https://github.com/pubsubhubbub/PubSubHubbub) hub for all repositories
It doesn't work. webhooks and websubs are only for repositories that you own
