Unable to add new card - billing

I have been trying for over a week to add new card for billing, contacted bank, card issuer - all clear, but it still doesn't work. Github is completely unresponsive.

Has anyone else had this problem and how did you solve it?

I have seen others have issues and seems like the card is 50% of the time coming back declined. Maybe reach out to billing support or try a different card perhaps.

Tried different cards, also contacted support several times, but no answer. :/
