Problem
I have to review many PRs, in many cases, they have several reviewers and many comments.
Because of the comments, the last comment, where I approve, merge, and thank the reviewers, is down below, I have to scroll to the bottom. That's fine, but then, I like to thank each of the reviewers, and I don't have access to their usernames when writing the comment at the bottom.
I have to scroll to the top to check each username, scroll to the bottom, type it, scroll to the top again, check the next reviewer username, scroll to the bottom, etc.
For example: tiangolo/fastapi#9605 (comment)
For the author of the PR, I can see the username at the floating bar at the top, so that solves the problem for the username of the PR author.
Wanted solution
If the right panel could float to be visible or something similar, that would be very useful to me.
I suspect it could also be useful to see the other information on that panel, like labels, participants, etc.
There might be other ways to solve the problem that could be easier to implement or align better with any product guidelines you could have, that's why I'm exposing the problem first, in case my specific imaginary solution is not applicable.
Refined GitHub
If I'm not wrong, this is implemented in the Chrome Extension Refined GitHub: https://github.com/refined-github/refined-github
But it implements several things, and I would like to be able to have it as part of GitHub. I also want to be able to keep accessing, using, and providing feedback for GitHub beta features, and for that I have that extension disabled, to avoid conflicts.
