Using logical operators in a PR filter search

Is it possible to use multiple review criteria in the filter when searching open PRs? IOW, I want to search for all PRs that match either review:changes_requested, or review:required , but there does not seem to be a way to do that with the 'review' tag anyhow.

As of my knowledge github's search functionality does not support using multiple review criteria in filters when searching for open pull requests.

Like with labels, it would at least solve a lot to allow combining with OR values for the same operator. Like review:changes-requested,required. And also for assignees: assignee:user1,user2,user3.

This would solve a lot of use-cases and still be simpler than a full OR support between arbitrary keywords (which would indeed also be useful in some cases).
