Securing and filtering OpenID connect to AWS (and perhaps other cloud providers)

Hello -
Is there a way to enforce restriction of OpenID connection to actions initiated from

1. private repo
2. protected branch.

In the setup described here , the filtering is on repo/branch.
Does anybody have a working example of filtering on repo_visibility?
