Filter repositories shown in github feed containing certain key words in the name

I would like to filter repositories in my github feed with certain keywords in their name. For example, I would like my github feed not to show repositories with the word alx in their name. Or repositories with the word old. Any way around it?

Thank you for this. Although I wasn't clear from the beginning. I was talking about repos shown in my github feed. I have edited my issue accordingly. If you think or have a way for me to do that please let me know.
