Minor patch release

This minor patch release addresses the following:

• fixed a bug where the program would panic if a domain failed DNS lookup
• fixed a bug where email notifications were trying to be sent even if email was not configured
• cleaned up error messages

Initial release

Initial release of lil pinger. Lil pinger is a simple site pinging program that sends notifications via email and SMS when sites are running slow or not responding.

Compiled versions for OSX and Linux x86_64 are available for download.
