This is a linguistic researches conducted in the education course in Zhytomyr State Politechnic University. It is devoted to investigate the current modern state of natural language processing in the Python programming language and cover a number of associated topics:
- available open-source frameworks;
- common NLP tasks cases;
- NLP in machine learning.
This workshop explores the advantages and disadvantages of NLP technologies to detect and digest the ways how it can be pushed forward. It consists from a number of Jupyter notebooks that are designed to be used in the educational process as well as serve as the reference of the existing progress. At the end, the VERDICT file will be written highlighting the scope of modern natural language processing in Python and continue the research in its direction.
