ScorpiNotes is a powerful note-taking Chrome extension that allows you to easily save and organize your notes. With ScorpiNotes, you can quickly search, add, delete, and copy notes to your clipboard. It also provides a separate tab for managing links and notes, keeping your information neatly organized.
- Search: Easily find specific notes using the search functionality.
- Add: Quickly add new notes to your collection with just a few clicks.
- Delete: Remove unwanted notes from your collection effortlessly.
- Copy to Clipboard: Copy notes to your clipboard for easy sharing or pasting into other applications.
- Separate Tab for Links and Notes: Keep your links and notes organized in separate tabs for better management.
Since I do not have an account, it is currently not available on the Chrome Webstore, but you can install it manually by following below steps. To load the unpacked ScorpiNotes Chrome extension, follow these steps:
- Download or clone the ScorpiNotes repository from GitHub: https://github.com/gladsonchala/ScorpiNotes
- Open the Chrome browser and navigate to
chrome://extensions/. - Enable "Developer mode" by toggling the switch in the top right corner.
- Click the "Load unpacked" button.
- In the file explorer, navigate to the folder containing the downloaded or cloned ScorpiNotes project, and select the folder.
- The ScorpiNotes extension should now be loaded and visible in the Chrome extensions page.
You can now start using the ScorpiNotes extension in Chrome.
Keep in mind that unpacked extensions are not automatically updated, so you'll need to repeat these steps to update the extension in the future.
Once ScorpiNotes is installed, you can start using it right away. Here's how:
- Click on the ScorpiNotes extension icon in your Chrome toolbar.
- The extension will open in a new tab, displaying your saved notes and links.
- Use the search bar to find specific notes.
- To add a new note, click on the "Add Note" button and enter your note in the provided field.
- To delete a note, click on the "Delete" button next to the note you want to remove.
- To copy a note to your clipboard, click on the "Copy" button next to the note.
- To manage links, switch to the "Links" tab and follow similar steps.
