NetConnection Cleanup

We had an issue where a NetConnection would linger in a connected state. The result would be that there was the potential to have multiple active NetConnections inside of the NetConnectionSmart object.

Added stability and the ability to define connection flows granularly but also fixed a few more bugs.

Collective update to include new features and bug fixes. Adds a nice feature with connection sequence adjustment.

Stable Production Fail Connect Fixed

Fixed a number of important issues that are release worthy.
