• Added High-DPI support for Windows 8.1+
• Improved RAS-created route identification; all default routes are now deleted
• Fixed errors from attempting to add duplicate routes; all custom routes are deleted before re-add
• Fixed disappearing tray icon when Explorer restarts, preventing orphaned window
• Made the app single-instance

VPN Dialer+ 1.1

This version was built in 2007 and has been running pretty much continuously on every computer I've owned since then.

Confirmed working on Windows XP through Windows 10, plus their Windows Server variants.

There are a few minor annoyances I will be fixing in a new version, but I won't be testing new builds on old Windows. I'm providing this version in case anyone needs downlevel Windows support and newer versions don't work.

x86 and x64 binaries are included. You must use the version matching your platform.
